Client ownership after full payment
All final approved, client-specific deliverables and the commercial rights agreed in the proposal transfer to the client after full payment. Any third-party fonts, stock, music, tools or platform licences are disclosed and remain subject to their own terms.
Controlled AI production
Client material is used only to deliver the agreed engagement. We do not authorise external model training on confidential client material without the client’s written approval.
Brand safety and human review
AI output is never treated as an unattended final product. Strategy, visual accuracy, claims, tone, cultural context and final delivery are reviewed by humans before approval.
Commercial licensing
The production path is selected with the intended media, campaign duration and commercial use in mind. Applicable model, music, stock and platform licences are checked during scoping and disclosed where relevant.
Talent likeness and releases
Real-person likenesses are not introduced without an appropriate client instruction and required permission. Fictional AI talent is developed for the agreed brand use and governed by the signed scope.
