1. Company and acceptance

This website is operated by StoneGFX Studio Limited. By accessing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website and portfolio intellectual property

Website content, portfolio work, campaign visuals, video previews, logos, copy and design belong to StoneGFX, its clients or the applicable rights holders. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

3. Client ownership after full payment

Unless a signed proposal states otherwise, all final approved, client-specific deliverables and the commercial rights agreed in the proposal transfer to the client after full payment. Third-party fonts, stock, music, tools, model outputs or platform assets remain subject to their disclosed licences. Source or working files are included when stated in the signed scope.

4. Confidentiality and NDAs

StoneGFX can enter into a client NDA before confidential information is shared. Confidential briefs, unreleased products, access credentials and source materials are used only for the agreed engagement and disclosed only to specialists required to deliver that scope, subject to the applicable agreement.

5. Quotes, proposals and payment

Submitting a brief is an enquiry, not a contract. Scope, price, usage, timeline, revisions, payment milestones and deliverables become binding only when agreed in writing. Ownership transfer occurs only after the agreed fees are paid in full.

6. AI production and licensing

AI-assisted work is produced within the capabilities and licence conditions of the tools selected for the engagement. StoneGFX applies human creative direction and quality control, but model behaviour and third-party platform availability can change. Material licensing requirements are disclosed during scoping where applicable.

7. Portfolio and examples

Portfolio pieces illustrate the style and quality of work and do not guarantee identical results. Confidential engagements are not published without permission. Approved public examples remain subject to the relevant client and third-party rights.

8. Acceptable use

• No attempts to disrupt, probe or overload the site.
• No automated scraping of content or media.
• No submission of unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. While we work to keep information accurate and available, we make no warranty and accept no liability for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
